• Beware not to use your dolls violently. Sex doll is not indestructible and needs careful maintenance.
• Keep your product away from damp or humid environments and avoid direct exposure to sunlight, especially the TPE dolls.
• Read the doll use manual carefully before using your dolls. Please make sure the doll moves within the safe range.
• Avoid contact with the dark color clothing or any other materials any material that may transfer their colored pigments onto the dolls. If your doll gets stained, please contact the customer service for help.
• If your doll is damaged, please contact the customer service for repair advice.

1. Delivery

• Time: Normally, silicone dolls need 2 weeks to be ready for delivery, and hybrid dolls need 1-2 weeks to be ready for delivery.
• Exceptional circumstances: If your order falls on a holiday, the delivery time will be extended accordingly. We will contact the customer as soon as possible to agree on a delivery time.
• Shipping fees: TOP-CYDOLL provides free shipping to most countries and regions, except some remote islands and regions.
• Shipping after approval: TOP-CYDOLL will provide each order factory pictures to customer before shipping. All dolls will be shipped out after customer’s shipping approval.
